Forward - Senior Men
As debuts go, Rupert's couldn't have been much better as he scored for Great Britain against Australia in a thrilling 4-4 draw at the start of the 2020 FIH Hockey Pro League.
That was his first match in a GB shirt having won more than 70 caps for Wales previously, helping them to a joint-best EuroHockey Championships finish of sixth back in 2019.
A strong, attacking player with a keen eye for goal, Rupert could have become a rugby player were in not for an injury sustained in his late teens that led to him focusing more on hockey.
Before joining the full-time programme Rupert was a teacher, while his sister Zoe also played for both England and Great Britain.
