A highly respected defender, Liam is known for his incredibly brave defending, often the first person charging down penalty corners and putting in crunching challenges in and around his own circle.
A knee injury saw Liam miss much of 2019 but he fought back to help GB qualify for Tokyo 2020 before appearing at the Games themselves and helping the country to a fifth-placed finish.
Liam was then selected for the winning GB Squad that played in Argentina, where he played 3 out of 4 games and scored his first GB goal against Argentina, helping GB to go top of the table after the first mini-tournament
Liam is also a servicing Senior Aircraftman with the RAF and is part of their Elite Athlete Scheme, allowing him to represent and serve his country at the same time.
