Having started in January 2020, the second season of the FIH Hockey Pro League came to an end in May 2021 with Great Britain's men and women contesting eight fixtures at Lee Valley Hockey And Tennis Centre.

Both teams started off against Germany, with the men winning both their matches while the women won one and lost one. The men they secured four more points with a win and a draw against Spain while the women put five past the USA twice on as many days. After much consultation with partners and the Government, Great Britain Hockey made the decision to move all their remaining men’s and women’s FIH Hockey Pro League ‘Presented By Vitality’ home matches in May 2021 behind closed doors. 

With fans unable to attend these games, Great Britain Hockey have put in place procedures to either transfer over your tickets to next summer's FIH Hockey Pro League fixtures or claim a refund. 

What happens next? 

If you bought tickets - including Single Session tickets, Season Passes, Weekend Passes, Premium Experience and Match Day Experiences - for any of the FIH Hockey Pro League games in May 2021, there are two options: 

  1. Retain your booking and it can be transferred to the corresponding FIH Hockey Pro League home game in 2022, when the men and women will be taking on The Netherlands, Australia, Belgium and New Zealand over four weekends 
  2. Claim a full refund (excluding the booking fee) – you can do this at any point.

Retain your booking 

If you would like to retain your tickets you don’t need to do anything at this stage, just keep a copy of your booking reference/email.  We will be back in touch with more information about next year’s exciting line up of matches.     

If you later decide you don’t want to attend, you can ask for a refund at any stage. 

Claim your refund (excluding the booking fee) 

Simply contact our ticket partner, See Tickets, here and use your booking reference to access your booking and start the refund process. A ‘Live Chat’ service is available.
