What’s new for season 5?
FIH Hockey Pro League season 5 will be built on a series of mini tournaments, where multiple teams will convene in one location to play two matches against each other –Great Britain will be playing double headers on every match day in London.Additionally, a promotion-relegation system will be continued, with the team that finishes bottom being relegated and the team that wins the 2024 FIH Nations Cup, will get promoted for season 6 of the FIH Hockey Pro League Season.

If you are subscribed to England and Great Britain Hockey email communications, you will receive an email with a link to the ticket site. In order to purchase, customers will need to create an account with CM Tickets, or log in to an existing account. This is easy to do on the website and allow you to manage your bookings and pay for any reservations you make during the process.Should you wish to make a large group booking then please complete the booking inquiry form here, then someone from our ticketing team will be in touch.
How much are tickets?
Under 18 tickets start from as little as £8.00 and adults from £25. We also have a ‘Weekend Passes’ starting from £14 for Under 18’s and £33 for adults meaning you can secure the same seat for all four matches across the weekend for a cheaper price.What categories of tickets can I buy?
This season we have continued with our expansive ticket offering to give our fans greater choice.- Red: The best seats in the east stand, covered and located near the halfway line
- White: Excellent quality seats with a side view of the pitch in the east and west stands.
- Blue*: A goal-mouth view of the south end of the pitch; where shoot-outs take place in the event of a draw.
*Please note there will be a protective net between the field of play and your seat.
How many matches can I see with my ticket?
We are selling tickets for each match-day separately. Most sessions will allow you to watch four world class international matches, however, on some midweek days we have sessions of two matches for sale.Are season passes available?
Due to the season 5 FIH Hockey Pro League schedule, we have introduced a ‘Double-Weekend Pass’ for four weekend days (Saturday 1st, Sunday 2nd, Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th June). Every match-day has a two GB matches, so you will be sure to see you Hockey heroes every match-day with this discounted bundle ticket.Can I choose where I sit?
Yes you can! The seat-picker mechanism will be active on the ticket site so you can select the exact seat you want to sit in (subject to availability). Some blocks may not be on sale at time of purchase and England Hockey will not necessarily release these unless there is demand. England Hockey will permit tickets to be passed onto friends, family or colleagues on the condition that there is no commercial gain from this. Failure to adhere to this could result in tickets being cancelled. -

Where are the matches taking place?
All UK matches will be played at Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre, situated at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London.How can I get to the venue by public transport?
Trains and UndergroundWe strongly recommend using the London Underground or Train services to Stratford Station or Stratford International Station.

- National Rail - Abellio Greater Anglia for services to Liverpool Street/Essex/East Anglia and London Overground Services.

Buses
- The following bus routes connect Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre with Stratford and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park:
- The 308, W15, N26 buses stop outside Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre
- The 97, 339, 388 and N205 buses all run through Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park
Walking
- Below is the walking route from Stratford and Stratford International Station to Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre. Our friendly Hockey Makers will be stationed along the route to help you get to the venue quickly and safely and be on hand to answer any questions.
I’m driving, where can I park?
On competition and event days there is NO SPECTATOR PARKING. If you plan on travelling by car then we recommend parking at Stratford International or Westfield, then walking or getting a taxi to the venue.For blue badge parking requests please email transport@englandhockey.co.uk.

I am a blue badge holder, is there parking onsite and can I request parking?
Yes you can, we have limited onsite blue badge parking at Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre. Please email transport@englandhockey.co.uk only after purchasing your tickets.Is there a fan zone?
Our fan zone will have plenty to keep both kids and adults entertained before and after the Pro League matches; from opportunities to pick up a stick and try the sport for the first time, have a look at our merchandise suppliers, and test your hockey skills in a range of activities. After the matches, players will often be around to sign autographs and take selfies!Can I purchase any GB kit at the event?

All spectators entering Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre and attending ANY Great Britain/England Hockey events must also read and abide by our 'Code of Ethics and Behaviour', found here. England Hockey take a zero tolerance to foul, abusive and racist language on our events. Any spectator found to be in breach of this code, or exhibiting such language or behaviours will be ejected from the venue.

Can I bring food inside?
Yes! Each person can bring in a small amount of food.This includes a 500ml bottle of water (that can be refilled in the venue from the water refill stations) as well as two snacks.
Examples of these snacks include a standard size bag of sweets, crisps, chocolate or snack bars and fruit.
Will security searches be in operation?
Full conditions of entry can be found here. For the safety of spectators, event security may conduct bag and/or body searches and reserve the right to refuse admission and confiscate items. Any bags brought into the venue should be soft sided and be able to fit under a seat”Can I get food at the venue?
We have a range of food suppliers attending the FIH Hockey Pro League event in June 2024 – details are to be confirmed but we aim to work with Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre to provide something for everyone.I can no longer attend the match-day I have booked for. If the matches get moved behind closed doors will I get a refund?
Should the matches be played without spectators then you will be refunded the full cost of the tickets minus the booking fees below.- Adult Match Tickets - £1.50 booking fee included within price.
- Adult Weekend Passes - £6.00 booking fee included within price.
- Adult Double-Weekend Passes - £9.00 booking fee included within price.
- Under 18 Match Tickets - £1.00 booking fee included within the price.
- Under 18 Weekend Passes – £3.00 booking fee included within price.
- Under 18 Double0Weekend Passes -£6.00 booking fee included within price.
No Further booking fees are applicable for Premium Experience packages.

Are mascot packages now on sale?
Yes, they are available to purchase, please visit the ‘Mascot Packages’ section of the website for more information and how to buy.How much are Mascot Packages and what do they include?
Mascot Packages are an additional £40 on top of your match-day ticket price. It provides your child with a once in a lifetime experience of meeting their heroes and walking out the pitch with them in front of a packed home crowd. Added perks include 1 x Great Britain Hockey Pride T-shirt, a digital souvenir photo and the guarantee to play on the pitch after the match.Will my child get to run out with the GB team?
Mascots are not guaranteed to run out with a player in the GB team unfortunately, although it is likely they will get to run out for more than one match, as most sessions have four matches. Your child is guaranteed a minimum of one match.What ages are the packages aimed at?
Our mascot packages are designed for ages 4-12 years only.Do I have to buy a match-day ticket?
Yes, to make it more flexible for families with young children, you can buy a mascot package separately, along with your selected match-day when purchasing your tickets. So as a family of four with two young children who want to be mascots should purchase: 2 x adult tickets, 2 x under 18 tickets and 2 x mascot packages for the same match date. -

Safety & Security
1. Entry to the Venue will only be authorised upon presentation of a valid ticket.
2. Only soft sided bags that are able to fit underneath seats will be permitted into the Venue. Large bags, such as holdalls, suitcases, wheeled trolleys or similar over 40cm x 30cm x 30cm will not be permitted into the venue.
3. For the safety of visitors, the Venue reserves the right to search bags and/or persons on entry and reserves the right to refuse admission or confiscate items.
Babies & Children
4. Children under the age of two years do not require a ticket (but will be manually counted and should be counted in ticket requests) and will be expected to sit on an adults lap. All children over two years will require a seat and therefore must have a ticket
5. There must be a minimum of one Adult (over 18) for every 5 minors (under 16)
6. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
Prohibited Items
7. The following items are prohibited
· Hard sided containers/bags
· Bags exceeding 40cm x 30cm x 30cm
· Large amounts of food or drink (see section below; Food and Drink)
· Glass bottles or containers
· Whistles, air horns or noise makers
· Any item which, in the opinion of the Venue, may pose a hazard to the safe delivery of the Event which would include any item that could be used as a potential weapon, compromise public safety, or be used to sabotage or damage property. Examples of these items could include, but not be limited to, sharp or pointed objects such as knives, personal protection sprays, fireworks, flares, spray paint or other hazardous substances or gases
· Any article prohibited under law
· Alcohol, unless purchased at the Venue
· Large golf umbrellas
· Large flags or banners
· Laser pointers
· Objects, clothing or signage for the purposes of unauthorised promotional marketing
· Objects, material or clothing that displays a political and/or offensive message
· Cable ties
· Glue
· Chains and padlocks
8. Visitors in possession of Prohibited items may be refused entry, ejected from the Venue and/or referred to the police
9. Any prohibited items which are surrendered as a condition of entry to the Venue will be unable to be reclaimed and will be disposed of by the Venue without any liability.
10. Visitors shall not bring any animals into the Venue, with the exception of assistance dogs. Certified Assistance Dogs that are trained by members of the Assistance Dogs (UK) are allowed entry to the Venue but dogs must remain with their owner without blocking evacuation routes. If you are planning on bringing a certified Assistance Dog to the Event, please get in touch with us in advance by emailing events@englandhockey.co.uk so that we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure your day runs as smooth as possible.
11. Buggies are not permitted to block emergency exits, and walkways at any time.
Food and Drink
12. Visitors are permitted to bring in the following items, subject to the limitations;
· Empty non-glass containers – these can be refilled with drinking water inside the Venue
· Two small pieces of food for personal consumption, e.g. a 160g bag of sweets, a 210g cereal bar and/or one piece of fruit. A maximum of two items per person
13. If a visitor has a specific medical requirement or allergy then they must seek approval to bring additional food into the Venue prior to their arrival to the Venue by emailing events@englandhockey.co.uk
14. Baby milk and baby food products are permitted
15. Visitors are not allowed to consume alcohol not purchased at the Venue within the footprint of the event. No alcohol purchased at the Venue can be taken off-site.
Behaviour
16. The Venue and Event Organiser will reserve the right to deny entry to or remove anyone who is or is suspected to be, intoxicated by alcohol / under the influence of banned substances. No refunds will be given.
17. The use of any anti-social, aggressive, annoying or dangerous behaviour, foul, abusive or racist language or obscene gestures, or wearing any clothing likely to cause offence is forbidden and may result in ejection from the Venue.
18. Visitor must comply with the instructions of the Venue staff and Event staff, including stewards and security staff. Any failure to comply with such instructions may lead to ejection from, or refusal of entry to the Venue.
19. Any person who is reasonably suspected by the Venue staff, Event staff and stewards or security of having committed, or being likely to commit, a criminal offence within the Venue may be removed from the Venue at any time.
Photography and Filming
20. The use of photographic equipment, mobile phones or other electronic devices must not inconvenience any other person in the Venue.
21. Flashlight photography is forbidden
22. During the Event, various filming, photography and broadcasting takes place within the Venue. By attending the Event, visitors accept and acknowledge that photographs, filming and sound recordings may be taken of themselves as spectators as members of the crowd and may be used
in television and/or radio coverage of matches and/or for promotional or marketing purposes by the Event Organiser, GLL or LVRPA.
General
23. Smoking and vaping is only permitted in designated areas within the site
24. The Venue nor the Event Organiser cannot be held responsible for visitors’ lost or damaged personal property.
25. Visitors are asked to respect the neighbours nearby the Venue when entering and leaving.
26. The Venue is an outdoor venue. Visitors are advised to dress appropriately with layers according to the weather forecast
27. Visitors must be aware of the risk of stray hockey balls entering the seating stands from the field of play during the match
