Lee has been involved with the GB development programme since 2017, played in the Test Matches in 2018 and the FIH Pro League 2019 as GB. He also has an extensive record of playing for Scotland with his most recent being the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games and the Euro Hockey Championships Qualifier 2022.
Lee was then selected for the winning GB Squad that played in Argentina, where he played 4 out of 4 games, helping GB to go top of the table after the first mini-tournament.
He captained Scotland at the 2023 EuroHockey Championships II and later helped qualify GB for Paris 2024.
