Flora made her international debut with England in February 2022 at the FIH Pro League.
She then continued what was a whirlwind start to her international career, and won gold with England at the Commonwealth Games in the summer of 2022. She would also have played in that summer's World Cup but missed out with an unfortunate injury.
She earned her first Great Britain call-up in December 2022 for the team's Pro League trip to Argentina, where she gained her GB Debut playing against Argentina.
