Each of the Great Britain teams has its own separate coaching team comprising a Head Coach, two assistant coaches, dedicated goalkeeping coaches, a team manager, a videographer, a strength & conditioning specialist and physiotherapists.  The squads share a nutritionist, psychologist, doctor and a Performance Lifestyle Advisor.

The teams are overseen at the top level by Great Britain Hockey Performance Director Ed Barney, with Danny Kerry currently Head Coach of the men's team and David Ralph the interim Head Coach of the women.
