GB's Women Unable To Travel To Spain For Training Camp

As a result of some positive Covid cases among the player and staff group, the GB women's squad will unfortunately not be able to travel to Spain for their planned training camp.

The squad had been due to spend time in Valencia between 16-28 January for a series of training sessions and uncapped matches against Belgium. The trip was due to form part of the Talent Confirmation process too, with several players who were looking to secure their places in the programme for the Paris 2024 cycle included in the training squad.

Instead, the group will continue to remain and train at Bisham Abbey.

Great Britain's men have already landed in San Fernando, where they will be based from 13-23 January. They are due to play a series of uncapped matches against The Netherlands and Spain.
