We are a unique group of individuals. Despite differences in gender, age, race, social class, and personality, we are “forever connected “by our achievements on the hockey pitch. We were able to turn our childhood dreams into reality. At times, we spent more time with each other than with our own families; yet, once the final whistle blew, our connections often faded. The Hockey Internationals Club aims to change this by building a network of former players to help current and retiring players on the journey to their next careers through a campaign called “Beyond the Cap”.

Do you ever wish you could give back to hockey without actually stepping onto a pitch and risking a pulled hamstring? The Hockey Internationals Club provides a platform for you to give back to our sport at the click of a button. You can contribute through a one-off donation or an annual membership. The money raised by our club will go towards several impactful projects such as “State School Hockey”, Beyond the Cap and “First Caps”.

The Hockey Internationals Club wants to celebrate you. We know how hard you had to work to reach the top of your sport. You have the physical and mental scars to prove that, whatever route you took, you made it. It was never easy, and nobody said it would be. But now you can look back on that chapter knowing you wouldn’t have swapped it for the world. It made you who you are, and we believe that deserves to be celebrated. The Club will endeavour to meet in person on a yearly basis to raise a glass to each other’s achievements. We are “forever connected” by our shared journey to the international team.
