Kathryn Lane

Having joined the international set up in 2017, Lane has quickly established herself in the squad and enjoyed medal success at her first major international tournament.

She was part of the squad who won bronze at the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth games and followed this up with selection for the Vitality Hockey Women's World Cup in London.

At club level Lane plies her trade for Leicester Hockey club and captained the England U21s at the Junior World Cup in 2016 and has impressed all the way through the age groups, making the transition to the current senior squad.

She graduated Exeter University with a 2.1 in BA Business Management and Advanced Proficiency in Spanish, the extra language came in handy at the JWC where she acted as translator as well as captain for her team mates!
