Giselle Ansley celebrates Rio 2016 gold with flag
With Christmas fast approaching some players have received their first present early with the exciting news that they will be added to the senior GB squads next year.

On 1 January 2018 two players will join on a full-time basis while four others will also train with their respective teams part-time starting in the New Year.

Scotland’s Sarah Robertson will become a full-time player once again - having completed her law degree - while England U21 internationals Holly Hunt and Holly Munro will join her in the senior women’s squad part-time.

Will Calnan has been selected as a full-time member of the senior men’s set-up while Chris Wyver – part of the GB team that won gold at the Azlan Shah Cup earlier this year – and Lee Morton will also train part-time.
